He also acquired a commercial retail building located at 1575 Wilmington Drive, DuPont at a price of $920,000. The city of DuPont is located just 10 miles from Olympia, the Washington state capital. Andrew Cratsenberg says that DuPont, Washington is one of the fastest growing communities that have seen rapid development in recent years. As a result, both commercial and residential properties in the area have seen significant increases in value.
